Survey seeks input on creating LGBT-inclusive healthcare environments

A new survey out of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is aiming to learn more about the healthcare experiences of LGBT older adults and the factors that individuals consider when making decisions about where to go for their healthcare. Additionally, the survey is looking at ways that healthcare environments can become more inclusive and LGBT-friendly.

The survey has been created by Dr. Bruce Reaves (a regular presenter in our “Doctor Is In” program series!). Participation is voluntary and all survey responses are anonymous.

If you have any questions about the study, you can contact Dr. Bruce Reaves (Bruce.Reaves@jefferson.edu; 215 955-6664). If you have questions about your rights as a research participant, you can contact the Thomas Jefferson University Office of Human Research at 215-503-8966.

Thank you for your help!
