PCA has arranged for free parking for attendees from other agencies and counties. Parking will be in an enclosed lot behind the Laborers Union Building on 1310 Wallace St. There are gates to access the lot on Ridge Avenue and on
N. Watts Street – if both gates are open. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please plan to arrive early to secure a parking space. Please bring your conference registration confirmation to show to the attendant, should one be on duty when you arrive.
