Over 15 million Americans have been victims of identity theft in the past year. Criminals committing identity theft have a wide array of approaches to access people’s personal information and to use it for financial gain. Many of these scams specifically target older adults, stealing billions of dollars every year.

Financial Educator Joseph Wehr from Clarifi will join us to share tips on how to best guard against identity theft and scams. We’ll discuss ways to protect your identity, common scams to be aware of, and resources for people whose personal information has been stolen.
