August 15, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pmFree
Physical activity and a nutritious diet are good for your health at every age but play an especially important role in keeping you healthy as you grow older. Staying active helps to maintain your endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. Eating well will strengthen your immune system and your body’s ability to fight off certain infections and illnesses. Combined, eating well and exercising regularly can help you live longer, maintain your independence, and improve your quality of life.
